That said, we want every supporter to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Once we receive your email, our team will review your case and, if approved, arrange for a replacement item at no additional cost. In some cases—if a replacement is unavailable—we may offer an alternative product of equal value.
